Of the habits discussed in the presentation, I believe #2 (accept responsibility for your own learning) is easiest for me. I know that if I want to learn something, I can't just wait around and hope someone will realize I might want training--it's up to me to make sure it happens.
As for the habit that is hardest for me, I'd have to go with #1 (begin with the end in mind). I'm not always a "Point A to Point B" type of thinker. Sometimes I'll start a new project because it looks interesting or fun, without fully realizing what's required for a successful outcome. So I'm appreciative that Learning 2.0 will give me 23 opportunities to put this new habit into practice. :-)
